Bench

This is my current bench. Nothing fancy, it's made mostly from dimensional lumber. The primary design goal was to make it solid. I'd had enough of benches that flexed, moved and vibrated.

When this picture was taken, I had just finished my first project, a small wood puzzle. It can be seen, partly assembled, behind the vise, to the right of the back saw. Being 2 1/4 inches on a side, it's hard to make out detail in this small picture.
